T/T or L/C at sight. First-order pre-payment standard. Lead time 2–5 weeks depending on pillar (Pillar 02 retort cooks to order).

STANDING ORDERS
Reorder lead times shorten with rolling forecasts. Pillar 02 drops to a 2-week max under standing order.
Payment & shipping baseline
- FOB Busan / Incheon — CFR / CIF on request
- T/T 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy (first orders); L/C at sight for repeat
- FCL / LCL — pillar mixing supported on consolidation runs
- Sample courier: buyer-paid (typically DHL / FedEx) — 5–10 business days
